February 26, 2025 — The Massachusetts School Building Authority Board of Directors approved the Town of Lexington’s Preferred Schematic Report submission. Because of this approval, the Lexington High School Building Project has successfully progressed into Module 4: Schematic Design.

January 29, 2025 — LPS Superintendent Dr. Julie Hackett released a memo detailing the expansion options associated with the preferred design option, C5.b Bloom, amid concerns from the community about the design’s ability to accommodate future enrollment projections at Lexington High School.

November 12, 2024 — The School Building Committee has voted to include C.5b Bloom in the Preferred Schematic Report Submission, pending approval from the Massachusetts School Building Authority.
